Utah Royals FC – Roster Update

The hosts of the Challenge Cup have a formidable roster coming into the competition. They will rely heavily on forward Amy Rodriguez, especially with Christen Press opting not to play. The Royals will have Tziarra King, fresh from the College Draft and NC State, to come in and shake things up on the front line. Kelley O’Hara on the backline and a midfield comprised of incredible international talent help round out the squad. Defending the net is NWSL Legend Nicole Barnhart. Every year it feels like Utah is knocking at the door of the playoffs – we will see how they do in this style of play, but we think they will be a force to reckon with. Additional note: we can’t wait to see the Royals jersey make its debut!
